Please set up room in a circular "C" shape with chairs around the tables on the outside of the tables, as many chairs as possible on the inside of the "C" as can fit, facing the front of the room and some chairs along the side walls. Please have an additional 20 chairs stored in the closet in the room. WILL NEED MEDIA CART WITH PROJECTOR, LAPTOP, AND PODIUM AT THE FRONT
