Caterer: Moveable Feast
Staff will arrive around 3:50 p.m Will use coat room and will need an additional coat rack. WILL NEED MICROPHONE/SPEAKERS AND PODIUM FOR COMMENTS. NO VISUAL PRESENTATION. Leave the benches in the Apse. GALLERIES WILL BE OPEN FROM 7:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. (Store will probably be open during the gallery hours). Please put one small Commons table at the corner where the Forum stairs come into the Apse, with a table cover, for Betty to use. We will need to "flip" the visitor services desk and the band will be in front of it. Speakers should be on the north side of the Apse in the usual locations (see drawing). THE BAND WILL NEED PARKING PASSES FOR TWO SPOTS.
