AV needs: Microphones (2), Speakers (4), Podium, NO PROJECTOR OR SCREEN, will speak from the curve of the Apse on the north side (shown in drawing) Please place some general lighting into the Apse for them. Will bring JPegs to be shown on the monitor on the visitor services desk. PLEASE COVER THE WINDOW IN THE CLASSROOM AND PUT A COATRACK IN IT, THE GROUP SETTING UP WILL NEED A PLACE TO CHANGE CLOTHES.
