AV needs: Microphones (2), speakers (4), projection screen and AV cart, Podium (with Michigan emblem). We will rotate the visitor services desk for a photo booth. Two students will make remarks. The presentation (PowerPoint) will loop until speakers are ready and should be stopped on the Rackham logo.
Event starts at 7:00 p.m. and will be mostly finished just after 9:00 p.m. Guests have the space until 10:00 p.m.
