Will set up four (4) monitors in Apse for slide show, to be controlled from laptop at podium, with a wireless remote.
Speaker will talk from east end of Apse (curved end)
City Events will arrive between 2:00 and 2:30 and may set up in the Apse as early as 3:00 p.m. (may not store anything in Media Gallery until after 5:00 p.m.), they may store boxes in the wood shop.
UMMA will put up four (4) speakers on the south side of the Apse, with the audio cart back near the Wagon Train painting.
Zingermans may start set up in the Forum early (Jerry, please move the visitor services desk in the Forum to the window corner). Table and chair set up in the Apse may start at 4:00 p.m.
