Security for Apse (set up and performance) and for opening the "Traces" exhibition on the Brandon Bridge (Mezzanine) after the performance, approx 8:30-9:30
We will be displaying Star Spangled Banner sheet music from the Clements Library on the north side of the Apse - where bench usually is - during the concert. Clements will deliver Jan 20 and pick up Jan 23. It will be in one of their cases. We are working with Roberta to coordinate and ensure proper paperwork.
4 speakers (see diagram for layout)
4 microphones - 2 hard wired, 2 wireless. May also need mic stands.
2 tall stools
Set up 100 UMMA chairs + rental chairs to the transverse aisle. Have additional rental chairs on hand in case of higher attendance. We can also use gallery stools if attendance exceeds 200.
Doors open 6:30

Combination of presentation with slides (please provide remote), talking, and performance.
Q & A with audience at the end.

Traces gallery open after performance. Audience will be directed to go via elevator in FFW. Access to Traces gallery only.
