Need microphone and two speakers for remarks and music, they will use our laptop for music. Have the podium in the Media Gallery in case they need it. Point a light from the balcony towards the Media Gallery in case they need it as a speaking point.
They will need both big black easels, one in Forum and one at Apse doors.
