Please set up 40 black chairs in semi circle (will need a few rows) based on space. Face them toward the projection wall. This will be a tea ceremony event. We will need to plug into the floor to heat water and will need to get 3-4 tatami mats into the room ahead of time. We will probably need early access to the room (9:30 or 10) Final details to come soon regarding early drop off or other expectations from the presenters.
