Because there is a brown bag lunch in the room after we will use that setup for the event. This should make it easier to transition between the two events.
Found out that the brown bag isn't in there so we have a slight adjustment to the room setup. We would like the traditional "U" shape setup, but don't need the media cart. We would also like a table at the front of the room for speakers/presenters to sit at. Please place 3 chairs along the wall side. See attached document.
