Please take the portable Audio system, plugged in by Bruce's desk, to the Forum at 10:30 a.m. The mic has a new battery and it is all set to go. Just turn the PA on and the mic on. It does not need to be plugged in to run. Carrie Throm is the contact person for this event. The Japanese General Counsel will be presenting a check to Natsu Oyobe. Gathering will take place at the Forum stairs (on the way up to the Apse) at 10:50 a.m. The entire event should not be longer than 40 minutes. There are no special security precautions needed.
