Risers will be delivered on Friday, Oct 21 and picked up on Monday, Oct 24
Set up 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. Roger will arrive 5:30 to set up audio recording equipment. He will need a pass to park in dock.
Choir will rehearse 5:30 - 6:30. Doors open at 6:30. Performance starts at 7 p.m. No intermission. Expected to end around 8:15.
6' table behind risers to hold chimes and tuned wine glasses (Kathy and Bruce ok'd).
Performance will take place in balcony and main floor. No audience in balcony. Stanchion works in balcony. Stanchion off the passage way on main floor starting at Nydia, ending at Flora. See diagram.
Choir will use MPR between 6:30-7. Bring them across on 2nd floor - first piece is performed from the balcony.
