PLEASE NOTE: Walter, Nesta, and their son Philip will be coming in for a special lunch with Joe, the curators and a few other special guests prior to the In Conversation. They will be arriving about 1 p.m. and per Bruce they can get one parking spot at the dock because of physical needs. Ruth would like to reserve both wheelchairs and the walker and have them on the dock for our guests. We will need the portable microphone (I will set up at 1:30 p.m.) I will also need to set up 3 black folding chairs in the Spink exhibition (Taubman I), I will move the Meet Me chairs up and a rack of stools so they are available for guests (I will set up about 1:45 p.m.) I will assist with clean up after the event.
