Please let me know what this costs as I will be asking for reimbursement from the My Turn program for any costs we incur. We will need a table and 2 chairs in the Forum for registration.
We will need security in all of the location that we have open basically AMH. We will have one activity in the LL Forum near the Guyton piece and quite space in the MPR, but otherwise everything will be located in the old building.
We will need access and use of the MPR (shades closed and 4 tables with 6 chairs at each table. We will place carpet squares in the corner. Please remove the Podium and Media Cart to clear up room. Thank you! Mary
