Tent will be delivered and installed in Tappan Courtyard at 7:00 a.m. Lori Shepard will be on site. Tent company will install chairs as well. Jim Adams will provide sound and lighting in the tent and lighting only in Apse. Sound in the Apse for toasts and announcements will be provided by the band. Lori will drop off beer and wine earlier in the day. Forum to Tappan Courtyard should be accessible between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. The Bride will use room 049.
Wedding couple will arrive at 5:00 p.m. for photographs, in the gallerys (please have one officer escort)
Please place a sandwich board at the bottom of the Apse entrance stairs sending guests to enter at the Forum entrance.
Doors from the Tappan Courtyard should be available for guests to pass back and forth .
Ceremony - 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Courtyard
Cocktails - 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Forum
Reception - 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Apse
