Vis Serv desk in Forum should be moved to the window corner, vis serv in Apse should be move in front of the ship painting in the same orientation as it is now. Stanchion to prevent entrance by the painting. In the open space created, put a coat rack. THERE WILL BE A 5 PIECE BAND AT THE CURVED END OF THE APSE AND A DANCE TROUPE (SLOW MOVING) IN THE DAVIDSON GALLERY.
They will have cocktails at Ross from 5:45 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. and then come here, between 7:00 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. ALL GALLERIES WILL BE OPEN.
