Please see attached documents for reference. We will need four (4) 6 ft tables for beverages, food, and registration table. We will need 2 chairs for the registration table. Catering will be bringing 4 high tops. We will need a laptop to be hooked up to the Apse desk TV to show a Youtube video (via internet). We would also like to play background music at the event. If you could set up two speakers and a computer we could set up a classical music loop.
