All other furniture needs to be removed.
Tea Ceremony practitioners will be using the Kitchen for staging. Need 1 6 ft table + 1 smaller 2-3 ft table. Access to outlet for heating water.
Arrive 9:30 to loading dock. Request parking pass.
Request triangular shaped rolling cart to move large tatatmi mats from dock to Commons.
Tea ceremony from 11 a.m. to noon. (this is part of teacher workshop from 8:30 - 1pm in Multipurpose Room).
Sign attached for silver sign holder "Tea Ceremony in Progress"
Natsu and Jean will assist. Natsu will take teachers to gallery for brief tour during this period.
Clean up/break down will take from noon - 1:30.
