I am happy to help with this. Since you have SPAC in the afternoon you can use that usual "U" shaped setup, but with a slight adjustment. Please move the front 2 tables (the legs of the "U') and push them together in the center of the room with their chairs setup. We can push them back after the interviews so everything is ready for SPAC.
