We will need the room to be set up for a powerpoint presentation. We will need seating for 15-20 people. If we can fit around the u shape we can leave it like that. We will need access to the room starting at 8:30 so the presenter can set up. He did request internet access. Let me know if you have any questions. Can I also ask for a parking pass for the presenter? He would be arriving about 8:15-8:30 and staying until about 11:15. Thanks, Mary
