Bruce, this is the activity we spoke about last Friday. Please place a small table in the Davidson gallery directly left of the entrance as you walk in near the Willem Claesz Heda Vanitas Still Life.

For a planned activity at the "Light it up”- Tour on Thursday 1/28/16 at 2:00-3:00 pm (Angell Elementary) we would need a small table in front of/ near the Willem Claesz Heda Vanitas Still Life (Davidson Gallery). The students can recreate the still life with various objects (skull, globe, cups, candleholder ….) and then highlight the objects with a flashlight. It would be very helpful if the students are able to put the objects on a table instead on the floor in order to change the angle of the lighting and observe the reflections better.
We would need the table at the same location again the following week, Thursday 2/4/16 at 2:00-3:00pm for another group of Angell Elementary students who requested the "Light=it-up”- Tour.
