Dave Choberka has contacted LSA media and made arrangements for this A/V support. There will be a panel discussion starting at 4:30. The panelists will have 3 lapel mics and there will be two handhelds.
The panel discussion ends at 6pm, and at 6:45 there will be a screening of a 68 minute film. The film is on DVD, and the DVD will be brought by Dave. In between 6 and 6:45, there will be a break.
