We will need 3 guards. We will also need a table and two chairs for registration in the Forum. We will need 3 tables and 6 chairs in the MPR, see attached. We will only have the new building open (using Modern and Contemp., Chinese and Korean on M, Asian galleries on 2, and Multipurpose room on 1). African will not be open so we will need to block the entrance. If you still want to put the 2nd floor fire door down you can, but it might not be necessary. Families will visit and view the museum at their own pace. We will have 4 activity stations where docents will lead instruction. Mod/Contemp (Nevelson and Picasso), Asian (Queen Mother rubbings and tea service), Photo gallery (photo sketching). No food will be offered now in the MPR, but we will keep the 3rd table as a place to have supplies/sensory aids. I will put down carpet squares on the floor.
