Set-up as for seminar with tables in a U-shape, open at front of room, media cart at back. At least 20 chairs. Two easels at front of room. Window shades dow. --MMA meeting participants will start in MP room at 1:00 then adjourn to galleries for teaching and activities, about 2:00. MP room should be locked at this time then opened at the end, probably between 4 and 4:30, for wrap up.
