4:30-5:30pm Set up all 100 UMMA chairs. MOT will rent additional 50 chairs (to be provided by caterer that is doing reception). Bring down all UMMA stools. Also set up Speakers & mic for remarks.

7:20-8:10 50 minutes of music interspersed with commentary from MOT about the work
Piano and rug. Bob Grijalva has approved use of piano for this concert. Will contact Bruce to schedule tuning. Lisa will contact Techs for rug and alert them to need to move piano into Apse on Mar 11.
Followed by a public reception in the Forum (rental).
