5:15 set up chairs and AV. 6-6:30pm musicians will arrive to warm up. Jennifer to arrive 5:30. Lauren, Jean, Ellen from Education will staff. Drummer (Pete Siers) & bass player (Paul Keller) will load in from dock. 2 parking passes requested. Rug requested from Collections. 1 mic on a stand, 2 speakers. Diagram attached. Please remove side benches. Bass player will need to plug in. 9 music stands, 5 chairs for performance area. 7 chairs for performers in loading dock. 7-7:45 first half, intermission 7:45-8. 8-8:45 second half. No galleries open during intermission/after.
