Thursday, Sept 4
4:00 pm Delux rentals will deliver and set up stage. They will also bring 50 chairs. UMMA Educ staff will set up chairs.
4:00 pm Quest Audio will arrive to set up AV support. Will provide minimal additional lighting - placed in Balcony - to give stage light a boost.
5:00 pm UMMA Educ staff to set UMMA black folding chairs (approx 100) in the front. The rental chairs behind. Chairs to end of the double-height area. No chairs in transverse aisle. Catering/reception set up will be in the area near the doors.
For stage - need 6 stationary office chairs, glass coffee table, 2 glass side tables. Set chairs in shallow arc. Coffee table centered in front. Side tables behind chairs on either end.
Place podium in front of the left side of the stage (side opposite loading dock)

Artists arrive 5:45 for sound check. Please have a guard available so they can visit Taub I if they would like.
Program 6:30-8pm
Everything set by 6 pm. Program begins at 6:30. Ends 7:45/8pm. Taubman I open until 9:30pm.
