Caterer tables: for wine, tuck one 6' table behind the door to the diag. for food, place two 6' tables along the kitchen wall and one along the window to the plaza between UMMA and Tappan. Leave 6(?) of the small commons tables along the window at the back. Leave tables and chairs in the corridor as they are. Remove all other chairs. This will leave the center of the commons open for people to stand and talk.
