Two speakers (on stands) and sound board for WCBN DJs (see attached diagram for placement). One microphone. Ed Dept to set-up camera on tripod in Forum for Photobooth. one docent micrphone for interarts student performance. "spot lights" on in Apse aimed toward area between loading dock and New Media Gallery. Media Cart in the Commons. Please put "Special event" sandwich board outside. Stanchion paintings in Apse.Two easels for large signs: 1 in Commons and 1 in Forum. 2 nice tables for DJs in Apse. One nice table and 1 café table in Forum. Pipe/drape in Forum (see diagram). Please have tall wooden stools available for student performances. Remove all café tables/chairs from Commons, 6 art-making tables covered in paper in Commons, 2 racks of folding stools in Commons. Four tables in the Vertical Gallery for catering. One café table and two chairs in Mod/Con near Picasso painting. Students will place battery powered 'tea lights' on the ground outside of each entrance to the museum. WCBN DJs to arrive at 7pm to set-up, Interarts students to arrive at 7:15pm to set-up for performances. Dora Garcia Instant Narrative will be up and running during the event. Please provide two parking permits. Glass House catering staff to arrive at 7pm to set-up in the vertical gallery and will remain on site for the duration of the event. (see diagram).
